We were actually going to go with a different auto transport service at first, they told me a date it would be picked up and they never showed or called. I even waited 1 to 5 days like they said, but still no phone call or any info until I had to call them back myself. I called them twice, I even waited a couple of days for their response, but still nothing. I had spoken with Tony from Ship Your Car Now when I was first considering all options and had saved his information. I called him up again to him see if it was still possible to send my car and how long it would take to be picked it up and the estimated arrival date because timing was key. I was leaving for Kansas on Thursday, I called Tony on Monday and set up the pick up for Tuesday and the carrier arrived and picked up the car Tuesday morning. I was very impressed with how fast and efficient they were. The carrier himself was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. I didn't have any doubts and I was very comfortable with my decision and who I decided to go with. Our car arrived in Kansas Friday afternoon. The carrier kept in touch with me throughout the drive and kept me up to speed with the ETA. A couple days after our car was delivered I got a call from Tony to see how the transport went. I am very happy with the whole experience and I would definitely use them again.
