I would like to thank ShipYourCarNow and Tom Reardon for a superb job in helping me get my parents' car transported from Florida to Wisconsin. I was presented with the challenge of needing to get their car picked up, in a covered transport, in two days time. Not having done this before, I began checking companies online. Your website was very informative and Tom's reply was prompt. I found him to be very professional and friendly, and he was able to answer the many, many questions I had. I really liked that I could always get through to him on his phone, while making this decision. He was able to meet my needs at a very reasonable price.
During the process the dispatcher, Ryan Serpa, proved to be very nice and informative too. They both were able to work with me on the Wisconsin end, along with my brother on the Florida end. My brother was the person in contact and working with the driver of the transport, Auggie. My brother said he was very nice and took great car with my parents' car. Auggie was actually going to try and get the car delivered much quicker then we had anticipated. Even though he got delayed a bit in Chicago, we appreciated that we were able to continue phone contact with Tom. Tom answered our phone call - on Memorial Day - and was able to give us the information we needed. True to his word, the car arrived in beautiful condition the next day, and my parents were thrilled!
We are very grateful for everyone's help, and would definitely use this company again!
