Apparently, in this business, it's who you know that can make a transport happen. Neal with Easy Ship Inc. was "the man" to get the job done. Even though I was a single car transport customer, he was working the phones, not the electronic job board that everyone else uses, to find a driver. And he came through for me in 2 days, when no one else could. His professionalism, personal attention and the fact that he answered the phone (or returned my call call quickly) put me at ease. This was not the case with the first company that we attempted to do business with. They never contacted us after we made a deposit, and we NEVER recieved a return call after we left multiple voice mail messges.
