Okay Service with Ship Easy, Inc.

Overall service was good, despite some glitches. Our car was delivered a day later than we were told in our confirmation call. So we waited around a full day for nothing. We were charged an extra $50 than originally quoted because the truck they used was not equipped to pull the car onto their transport vehicle. Their subcontractor that delivered the car had an incorrect amount on the invoice- an entire $200 less than the quote, which I questioned, but the driver said that he had the correct amount. A few days later, of course, Ship Easy phoned requesting the remaining balance, even arrogantly remarking that I knew what the cost was. Unfortunately, I do not have $200 to give to someone as if it was a tip when I am only getting a receipt for $300 as the total cost. Ship Easy and their drivers need to have this better coordinated. After all, we had our car, with a paid receipt indicating the total cost of the delivery of $300. A dishonest person would have left it at that. However, I never even received an apology for the inconvenience. We sent them the remaining balance, but while my husband would use them again, I will try someone else.

Amazing customer never told us the car was not running. Of course the price went up we needed to send a second truck. Then to say she did not realize the difference in the cost? Well the driver made a mistake, And you do have access to the telephone? This was a perfect case of a bad review. Pleases understand we pride ourselves in customer service and will continue to do so.
