I was superbly impressed with ShipCarsNow, from the ease of booking the service to the extensive follow-up that agents like Alyssa and Cindy provided. I simply requested a car to be shipped from my primary relocation coordinator, and ShipCarsNow reached out within one business day. After providing the description of my vehicle and the location for pickup/delivery, SCN coordinated a haul with a line. They provided me with a proposed delivery window, and things lined up nicely.

What I particularly appreciated was my ability to allow a trusted agent to provide my car to the shipper on the pickup end. As a military service member, I was unable to be at the pickup point per plan. Without hassle, a friend was able to link up with the shipper, conduct a quick inspection, and provide the car. I simply had to provide identification information and ShipCarsNow enabled the rest so that my friend would feel like a seamless part of the process! Wonderful.

The car arrived in perfect condition, so ShipCarsNow picked a solid shipper. Pickup was quick, efficient, and foolproof. No hassles, just results.
