I had chosen another company due to price quote and was honest with Bob about why I didn't choose them. Other was to pick up on Monday and still no pickup late Wednesday and no communication from them. But Bob called as a kindly follow up call, so I called the other company to find they didn't even have a driver yet so I cancelled. Bob Moran at Ship A Car started working on it as soon as I called him and was able to make everything happen even when my pick up is an out of the way city. I needed reassurance at this point and I received communication every step of the way. Everyone involved was giving good ole fashion customer service and it felt good being the customer. I will always use this company because Bob, dispatcher and driver all treated me and my personal belongings with respect. Sometimes saving a few $ is not the great deal you think it is.
