Ship A Car Inc does not deliver as promised !

I recently scheduled transport of a pressure washing trailer with this company. The transport was booked on 2/2/17 with a scheduled pick up date of 2/27/17 giving this company over 2 weeks to secure a carrier. The initial call and responsiveness by Dwight went well and I was happy with the communication. As the pick up date neared I called Dwight a few times to make sure things were on track. I explained to him that my brother was taking the day off to hand over the trailer to the driver. Dwight assured me I would get a call a few days prior from the driver to confirm an approximate pick up time on 2/27. The call never came neither did the driver to pick up the trailer. Dwight was giving me the run around all weekend and on the actual pick up day after I made countless calls he tells me the assigned driver did not have room on his truck for my equipment and he was searching for another carrier. By now its 7 pm on the pick up day and still no call back finally I called him for the 5th time that day and he now tells me that the issue was the bad weather out west which interfered with the pick up.The story changed again ! Needless to say I cancelled the pick up and lost over $1,800.00 on a job I had scheduled with that trailer for 3/1/17. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable carrier and never call Ship A Car Inc.
