Called and received a quote which was emailed to me. The SAME day I called back and when they told me the price it was higher because the sales rep made a mistake. The manager Brian Huff would not honor it. He refused to tell me who his boss was and for me I would never recommend a company that wouldn't honor their own quote. I reported it to the BBB.

This customer called our company on 05/17/16 and spoke with one of our booking agents. They had a 17 minute conversation about the move. They spoke about the industry and the price to move the vehicle. Over the phone the customer was given a price of $1,150. The breakdown of the price was $250 deposit and $900 due to driver. The customer understood the price. When the call ended our agent sent out an email quote to the customer. On the email quote our agent forgot to add the $250 deposit in the price and sent a quote of $900. The customer called in a few hours later to book the order. When our agent pulled up the order they immediately realized the mistake and explained it to the customer. This was an honest mistake. The customer asked for a manager and spoke with me. I explained the situation. I sit next to the agent that took the call and I gave them the $1,150 price. I also over heard the conversation. The only price given during the 17 min conversation was $1,150. I do apologize for the mistake.
