I called to request a transport 2 days before a holiday weekend. I was contacted Monday and the car was picked up promptly the next day and delivered 2500 miles away 3 days later. I have essentially no experience shipping anything and was thrilled that I had to do absolutely nothing except answer the phone and sign an online agreement. Driver was polite and professional at pick up and delivery to my daughter.
