My vehicle was promised to be delivered to me from CO last Saturday. I received a phone call from the truck driver at 8am on Saturday. The driver informed me that he was in Orlando with my vehicle but could not deliver it until Tuesday,3 days later AND 3 days AFTER the promised delivery date. Orlando is a 3 1/2 hour drive from Miami. Neither the carrier (Unlimited Express) not the original shipper were reachable by telephone on Saturday or Sunday. I left both voice and email messages for both entities. Unlimited Express' cell phone number wasn't even in service. Ship A Car,Inc's written promise that they were available between the hours of 9am-7pm was completely false. Neither company contacted me on Monday. Of the total fee of $1,250,$250 is paid to Ship A Car,Inc. When I requested that this amount be refunded to me , Chris promised to get back to me later in the afternoon. (After not hearing from Chris, the Ship A Car,Inc. representative , I called him on Monday afternoon. Of course he clamed to have called me back and left a voicemail, which was completely false) Chris never called me back in the afternoon to tell me if he would refund the $250 "fee" paid to Ship A Car,Inc. I still don't have my vehicle. Unlimited Express and Ship A Car.,Inc have no interest in providing any services to me other than to take my $. Please research who you use to ship your car in a better manner than I did. I wouldn't want anyone to experience such a travesty. I despise being lied to by anyone.

Traveling across country may have different senarios (traffic, other orders, breakdowns, etc.) that can possibly delay the delivery. I was out of the office over the weekend, called and left customer a voicemail Monday. I apologized for the the inconvenience, in the end the vehicle was delivered safely to the customer 2 days late.
