I called Beth 3 days before I needed my car shipped from Ohio (middle of nowhere) to the DC area. She got back to me within an hour or so with a PRIVATE (1 car enclosed trailer service team) for $1000 less than I was going to spend for the same type of transport. She sent me pictures of the truck they were going to use and answered my calls within 1 ring every time I called her (I literally called her 5+ times a day with questions for 3 days straight). It was my first exotic car and exotic car shipment so I was super nervous but she assured me she had everything under control and explained to me the steps the carrier service takes when loading and delivering the car. When they picked the car up the actual dealership had a hold up for about 2/3 hours but the transport company was more than willing to wait around for the car. Even though it took over 2 hours for the car to be released from the dealer the transport team was able to deliver it that same day! I was amazed and so happy the car arrived safely.
I WOULD 100% recommend BETH. She is Legit and her customer service is the best I have ever seen!
