This was my first experience with scheduling a car transport. The Sharp Transport contact was excellent in communicating the information that allowed me to become knowledgeable and comfortable with the process. The driver appropriately delayed the pick up of the vehicle due to weather in the area and concerns for safety. He contacted me on the short delay and why. The driver contacted me on route and was on time in deliver after pickup. The vehicle was delivered in perfect condition. I would use Sharp again for certain.
