Working with John at Shankbrosautotransport was excellent. He was very helpful and very efficient. When I first called I wanted to ship a van from Phoenix to Seattle. When the van was not picked in the first week John volunteered his brokerage commission to make this deal work. Although the van was delivered in Portland (on our agreement) John efforts and shankbrosautotransport are beyond excellent customer satisfaction. Thanks to John and sankbrosautotransport for their professionalism.
