It was a challenge to get our Lexus from Philadelphia to small town Oroville, Washington. John Shank came up with a way to use two different companies to accomplish this in a very timely manner. I picked up our Lexus RX400h in Oroville, WA on Saturday. It was in good shape. Thank you for thinking outside the box to get it there. Your extra effort was very much appreciated.
