I was referred to Shank Bros by a friend and was not disappointed with their service. I contacted them via their website on a Saturday and their response was immediate. Their quote was comparable with other companies I had contacted so I called them on Sunday to discuss transporting my car. John Shanks was very informative about the process and honest about the timeline. I was working with an impending deadline and John said the sooner I booked the transport the better. I called again on Monday to book the transport and John was in touch with me the entire time regarding the pick-up date, time and location, and the drop-off, time and location. Once the car was picked up he called to ensure that the pick-up went well and to see if I had any questions. He gave me the name of the transport company, the driver's name and cell phone number. The car arrived 5 days early without a scratch on it. I highly recommend Shank Bros and would not hesitate to use them again. Their customer service was excellent.
