Hello, I worked with Jared, he was super kind, patient, professional, and above all, always understanding and available to talk to. I needed to ship my truck from Massachusetts to Oregon. And unfortunately, I had to quarterback everything from Oregon. However, before Jared, I was working with Mercury Auto (Will) shipping and dispatch dudes (spencer), and it was always hard to get ahold of them. Very frustrating. Not Jared from Send it Car Shippers. He went above and beyond the call of duty of providing OUTSTANDING and TOP QUALITY customer service. From the beginning to the end, I always felt like Jared prioritized me as a customer, and always had my best interests in mind. Easy example, originally the my truck was scheduled to be delivered on 2/16/23 (today) and Jared (not missing one beat) made sure that my car was delivered a day earlier 2/15/23 so I didn’t have to worry about a thing while I was in surgery. He communicated with everyone during the process to make sure everything was perfect. When I plan to move again, I cannot recommend Jared and the team at Send it Cars Shippers enough. From start to finish, everything was informative and incrediblely simple. Seriously, they know exactly what they are doing and it would be a amazing honor to work with Jared again.
