Be happy you reached this site so that you can avoid a lot of trouble, headache and anger with this unprofessional company! As you can read in a lot of the comments here it is always the same: as soon as you made your payment you'll never ever hear anything from this people. Not from Leo Cruz which is friendly and helpful as long as you not paid - not from the "Customer Service Supervisor" Mirinda Carmicheal - there is nothing more as soon as they have your deposit payment (which is was they get for their broker work) and the title of your car. My car was picked up from some auto transporter company. After that the car disappeared for 6 or 8 weeks until the new owner was infromed from the custom in Germany that the car was arrived. This is a long time where you not know where your car is around. And again: you can call them, you can fax, you can email them, there is not one single reaction from this company. They probably should do rather a job on a fish cutter outside the 5 miles zone as practicing "Customer Service" in this way! If somebody find not the time of 30 second or less to answer inquiries from concerned customers he should think about if he is doing the right job. Again: the car was delivered in Germany as agreed, even some parts have been stolen (what is not the mistake of this company) but the customer service is zero, nada, nothing...! It's a pity that they don't care - and it seems that they are not willing to change the situation even they have so many complaints since years about this!
