Like most of you say, once the got the deposit, the customer service is poor. Before that, everything is fine, they send you mails and give you calls...
The first pick up date did not work, because they had no truck with a hoist, although I told them, that the car is not driving. After that, they gave me a new pick up date, but the could not do it... The third attempt worked...
The only good thing was, that the truck driver called me one time. So I could contact him, when I could not reach anybody at secure auto transport.
After all, the delivery was also late. And I took notice that a bag from the inside of the car was stolen. (I payed 150$ extra to be allowed to store items in the car)
Be aware: the company changed name to "VEHICLE SHIPPING SOLUTION"
