I SPOKE WITH ZACK IN AUGUST AND WAS PROMISED A REFUND WHILE ON THE PHONE FIVE WEEKS LATER STILL NO REFUND , SO THEY CONTINUE TO PLAY THEIR GAMES . WE HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NO ONE WILL RETURN OUR CALLS , WE ASK FOR PROOF THAT THE REFUND WAS SUBMITTED , NO REPLY , WE ASK FOR A CHECK TO BE MAILED ,, NO REPLY ,, I AM THINKING THAT THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET THEM TO CONTACT US NOW IS TO PRETEND TO NEED TRANSPORT SERVICES SO I CAN GET THEM ON THE PHONE .. HONESTY IS NOT A BIG PRIORITY WITH THIS COMPANY.. I CONTACTED THE BBB AND PLACED A REPORT WITH THEM .. HOPE THEY SHUT THIS SCAM DOWN SOON ..
