NEVER use this company!!!

This is the absolute WORST company to deal with. Never, ever, ever use them!! They act so helpful in the beginning and assure everything is just great...but once pick-up day comes...and goes...suddenly they never answer their phones. We called this company over and over again and only 1 time was our calls returned, and it was by this apparent "customer service" rep. (and I use "service" VERY lightly). She was the most sarcastic, unprofessional person I have ever come in contact with. Unbelievable!! When my husband wanted answers as to why they hadn't picked up our car yet (it was now a week and a half past scheduled pick-up date), Kay (the apparent customer service rep) was very sarcastic to him. He told her their company was very unprofessional and she hung up on him! DUH lady!! You just confirmed our comment!! When I spoke to her she was extremely sarcastic and when I demanded answers, she put me on hold to never come back again. We ended up calling another company, and they had our car delivered to us in a week!! That's from California to Maine--a long trip. It just goes to show you how quickly it can be done when people care and do their jobs! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you choose to ignore this warning, you'll be sorry..I can promise you that!
