Worst company ever.

We contacted Secure Auto Transport, and made sure we would have a DEFINITE pick-up date for a Lincoln Navigator after other companies never picked up either. We actually paid extra to have the vehicle picked up earlier on a Friday instead of a Monday. Well, the next Monday came and still no pickup. Actually no pickup all week. It sure was a good thing we were ensured it would have been picked up the previous Firday, and we paid extra to do so. After literally hundereds of phone calls-we would accidentially get someone who ensured us the vehicle was on the way, or "would be picked up the next day" NEVER HAPPENED!

We initially paid for expedited service so we wouldn't be charged extra storage on the other end. ($100 a day) After being lied to numerous times, and phone calls were NEVER, EVER returned I finally sent out one of my drivers 1250 miles one way to get the thing ourselves. This ended up costing pry 50% more+ 8 days of storage b/c SAC continued to deceive us that there actaully was a trucker in route.

Be very cautious in using this company, after we tried and tried to call we finally tried to dial numerous extensions to get ahold of someone other that a voicemail that was NEVER returned. They operate other companies off the same phone number. Something really doesn't line up here.

To top it off, they did not return our depost (I, as well as my lawyer, call it theft) I have given everyone I can find my email as well as my phone number to contact me, but to no suprise-NO CALL EVER!

Worst company of all time in my opinion. Worst customer service. I have never seen a business run like this in my opinion.
