I contracted SAT to ship my vehicle from AL to CA on 1 31 08. I paid a $150 deposit. My pick up date came and went. I waited. Finally, after almost two weeks of no pick up I contacted SAT to cancel the order. I requested my cancellation over the phone with Zach Edwards and in writtingto SAT. AT first I was told "no problem sorry for the inconvenience". However, my deposit was never refunded to me. I contacted customer service(if you can call it that) several times to see what the delay with my refund was. I spoke with Duffy, and then with Courtney both of whom indicated for me to "be patient". It has been over a month and a half and I still have not recieved my deposit back. This company is predatory and decietfull. It is obvious they never had any intention of giving my deposit back. Typical auto shipper bullcrap. Do not do buiseness with these unscrupulous lliars and thieves
