Worked with a broker named Bobby, he was alright but just tells you what you want to hear. The driver he set me up with wouldn't work with me on a drop off date. I have been trying to contact the company for my $200 deposit back but to now avail. I just keep getting a run around. They said their accounting department is the one who takes care of refunds but they are impossible to reach, they never answer their phone. When talking with customer service they say they "hope" I get my refund. What kinda unprofessional language is that? Hope? No, it is we guarantee you will receive your refund on such and such date. Be very cautious or doing business with this company.
