If there were the ability to leave a 0 star rating, It would still be a bit too high. The carrier punctured my tire and damaged a rim, along with breaking the antenna base off upon delivery. Of course the driver said it wasn't his fault, and to contact the agent. I have called every day for the last two weeks, to be told the driver offered $150 as restitution. A new rim alone is $190. I countered at $300. Bill and Mindy both state they will get the insurance information and call me back in a half our. 15 days later, I get an email from a different agent at the company with a phone number that does not lead to an insurance company... Why use this company when I could have set up all this on my own with probably better results.
