For anyone this may concern or help in this overwhelming process. When you initially start looking for a quote to ship your vehicle your request is placed on a load dock for many companies to see and potentially "pick up" if they have a driver in the area. I had a HUGE issue with the first company we were going to work with. I ended up turning away from them. Without having to indulge you, many mishaps and unfollowed through simple promises- for DAYS. With the response that they are going to keep my deposit regardless that they did not follow through with their end of the contract. There must be trust in such a transaction as this. I spoke with Javier and he truly was the best coordinator. He followed through with everything and made this process all very simple, clear and prompt. After my first experience with another company I am very grateful for Javier at Secure Auto Shipping. There are many drivers to fill these roles. I just want to say that the specific driver of our transport was the kindest man. Since both of our homes are locations he frequents I hope we get lucky and get to work with him again. I felt very comfortable and safe during this transaction that feels so intimate. Essentially, you are giving your possession over to someones, or several peoples, care. I wanted to make sure I left a review to express how happy and appreciative I am to have been able to work with Javier at Secure Auto Shipping and that I was paired with such a genuine driver.
