Ross Abraham from Secure Auto Shipping (SAS) took my $175 deposit. The pick up was from a Toyota dealership in Manhattan New York. The pickup was on time and without incident on March 23, 2015. The estimated delivery date was April 4, 2015. I didn't receive my car on April 4 and after 7 more days my car didn't arrive. The carrier was CFR. I called SAS and Chris helped me out to investigate and find out what was going on. I spoke to Chris on a Saturday afternoon. I was furious after 7 days not hearing where my car was, the status of the delivery or any updates as to when my car was going to be delivered. Chris assured me he would take care of it and work with CFR to get my car. He told me the customer is number 1 with them and CFR shouldn't have been late or left me in the lurch like that. Chris assured me that he would leave a negative review for CFR and actually provided me the screenshot, which I greatly appreciate. Also, Chris said he would work on a discount, as my car was so late and CFR provided such poor customer service.

Thank you Chris and all those at SAS for helping me out and sticking with me when things got out of hand with the carrier.
