Horrible experience

We were trying to ship a motorcycle and a truck. The motorcycle was to be enclosed and the truck was on an open carrier. The day before the vehicles were to be picked up we received a call from Tim that a closed carrier was not available and that the driver of the truck said that the motorcycle would be put behind the cab of the open carrier that our truck was going on. When the driver showed up he was driving what looked to be a pickup truck with no bed and the gasoline tank TOTALLY EXPOSED. There was no cab to put the motorcycle behind. The driver told us that he NEVER said that the motorcycle would go behind the cab, because he did not have a cab. He said that Tim knew, through their computer system what kind of truck and trailer he had. We were supposed to have left the next day for our vacation and now we are stuck scrambling to find another company. We feel that Tim knew from the very beginning that a closed carrier was not available.
