I called this company on a monday and was assured that my car would be picked up by that wednesday. They said they would inform me on tuesday of how it was looking. Tuesday came and went, nothing. So on wednesday I called at least every 2 hours to see if I was assigned a driver. The guy on the phone kept saying there was a driver in the area thats close and he would be calling me. So by the end of wednesday I was so upset, I was promised my car would be picked up by thurs and to California by the beginning of the next week. The person on the phone was very rude and not professional at all. I called another company by the name of New Way Moving Service and the lady on the phone told me that my bid was still on the board and I was never assigned a driver. News to me! So I arranged to have my car transported with this company and never ever lost any sleep on it. My car was picked up on THURSDAY and delivered to me on Tuesday of the following week. The driver kept in close contact with me telling me his arrival date and location. On 8/22 I was sent an email of saying my $200 deposit would be refunded to my card that I used and here it is 9/5 and still NOTHING. I called my bank and they said it should only take 2 days. I have been calling the company and e-mailing for days and still NOTHING. I would NOT reccommend this company for NO reason what so ever. I will go public with this if I do NOT receive my refund. I was never ever assigned a driver so I am entitled to my 200 dollars. I will seek legal if this does not get back to me. I have never EVER in my life been treated so poorly and disrespected.
