Bad Experience But Did Attempt to Make Things Right

My wife contacted this company and got an attractive (read: cheap) quote for shipping. We paid in full vs doing a partial deposit. While things were great in the beginning, after the order they were *sometimes* unresponsive on the phone and couldn't nail down accurate windows for driver dispatch and pickup. We ended up canceling our order with them because we paid on a Thursday and as of the following Wednesday the vehicle still hadn't been picked up.

Things took a turn for the worse when the order was canceled- the driver they dispatched the job to was totally unprofessional with me on the phone (I'll detail that experience on his review page). Sealand Auto Shipping did contact me afterward and offered a sincere apology and offered to make things right. They also said they have removed the driver from their network and will no longer use his services.

They also offered to assist us further even after our refund was processed.
