I make multi shipments to Europe each year. Shumacher has pore customer service. Lost 2 titles to cars. One time the pick up driver asked for cash, then denied that we paid him. Shumacher did not honor the payment because the receipt was not legible. Costed us an additional $1900. Smashed a mirror on a showcar and didn't pay for the damage. Since they control costs in the Europe transport market, they are very cocky. I'd rather stop shipping to Europe then to deal with them. Junk!
