I booked the shipping thru Wayne Webster at Webster Services, and it got subbed out to Save-on Transport - as Wayne and I both found out, BIG mistake.


I specifically told them to call me BEFORE the vehicle was picked up so I could give instructions of where the keys were, and I never received any notice the vehicle was even picked up, I had to get a phone call from a friend asking where the vehicle went.

I've had to leave countless messages, and rarely receive a phone call back, and when I do get ahold of dispatch, they have LIED to me on!

After the vehicle didn't arrive on the day it was suppose to, I called Wayne at Webster Services and told him the situation. After talking to the dispatch, driver, and OWNER of Save-on, he finally got the real story of why it was delayed.


Wayne has been great helping me out, and neither of us will ever use SAVE ON TRANSPORT again.
