RIPPED OFF BY SANCREST LLC

Sancrest LLC Auto Transport picked up my vehicle in Memphis and was to transport it to St. Louis, MO. (a 4 hour trip). They collected $350. cash from me as scheduled by Sancrest and said it would be delivered the next day. The driver then disappeared for 7 days without any meaningful contact and then returned the vehicle (a classic car) by dropping the car, at night, in an alley behind where the driver picked up the car 7 days earlier. The order was placed with Jordon Pitts of Sancrest Transport LLC in Billings, MO. They now claim that it is not their fault and even refuse to refund my $350. There is damage to the car and about half of the gasoline in the car's tank was used during this period.

Ted was refunded by the carrier that was to haul the unit. We was never made aware of any damage or missing gas. Ted informed us that all was well and settled.
