Ellen was the first rep I spoke with when searching for a car transporter. She was able to provide me with a honest helpful breakdown about the whole process in addition to Same Day's services. This as well as their competitive pricing made it easy to book with them even after speaking with many other brokers.
I was shipping my car since I was relocating for my medical residency, so between my graduation from school and my family vacation out of country I had very little time to organize my big move from CA to PA. Ellen made the whole process easy, handled everything especially when I couldn't answer while out of country, and worked with me every step of the way. I would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone shipping their car long distance.
