We needed a large, '70's classic collector car my husband found in Vancouver, WA shipped back to our home town in WI. He wasn't staying out in WA long, so time was of the essence.
We submitted a form for a quote request on his site and also through another website. Saks had the lowest quote of them all. Then, I received an email from a competitor saying that I shouldn't sign up with the lowest quote, because my car will sit there and not be picked up.
Far from the truth. Alex found us a carrier and had it loaded in a few days. The carrier arrived at the time the driver specified. I could always email or call Alex and I knew he'd answer or get right back to me. Personal service and the lowest cost. I will be calling him again if the need arises.
