SAKAEM is a terrific company, with wonderfully helpful and communicative employees who deserve 5-stars (shoutout to Cameron).
However, one of the carriers they work with — PRIME TRACK INC. — is an atrocious, selfish company that will make your life a nightmare.
Prime Track scheduled a car drop-off with me twice, and stood me up twice after knowing I had already travelled an hour to get to the location to meet them; one of the reasons they stood me up was because “the driver accidentally picked up the wrong car from the lot.” After finally receiving my car, I discovered that they had given me the WRONG KEYS, learning that they LOST MY KEYS (!!) in transit and created a crappy duplicate (is that even legal?).
The communication of everyone at Prime Track Inc. is appallingly disrespectful; they’re liars who are the antithesis to professional.
I strongly recommend SAKEAM, but only if they never work with PRIME TRACK INC. again
