I should have heeded the warnings about this company. Please be cautious when booking with them I was initially drawn in by the good reviews and It being geographically located next to where my vehicle needed to be picked up from and more importantly they gave me a “locked in” price that was significantly cheaper than what other companies were offering. Just to make sure they weren’t going to pull the rug from under me I requested an email which is attached and from there everything was fine until a week before my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up. Safemile had confirmed a driver that same day they canceled the contract with the driver due to the driver, not being authorized for transportation which I understood because it was out of their control, the problem started when they continued to look for drivers. It’s the week of when my vehicle is scheduled to be picked up and they still do not have a driver. I reached out and they did not seem concerned at all about me canceling my order because I have a deadline of when I need my car to be picked up by because they were fairly confident that they were going to find me a driver and that was because they were raising the price without telling me and when I asked what happened to the locked in price they gave me. They said it was only with that specific driver that they canceled before because that’s who they usually work with (Which was never stated at any point) and since they were unable to find someone to transport my vehicle for the original price they gave me without forewarning they raised the price way over the original price. At that point I was over the entire process and decided to go with another company that quoted me cheaper than their new rate, and when I told them that I was canceling my order with them and going with another company they try to gaslight me and tell me that no other company will have a cheaper rate than the new rate that they were giving me. After that entire fiasco, they were supposed to refund me deposit which may I add they forgot to put in and I had to call them multiple times for them to put in my refund.
