I was very pleased with the customer service, the timeliness of having my vehicle picked up and the timeliness of my vehicle delivery. The vendor they used handled my motorcycle with care, both Safemile and the driver kept me apprised as to the pick up and delivery with updated ETAs. My motorcycle was delivered as promised, safe and sound. Definitely will use them again if the need arises to ship another vehicle and should I be asked by friends or family ... would definitely refer them to SafeMile
