I want to share my remarkable experience with Richard from Safeeds Transport Inc. who has gone above and beyond to gain my business. Richard was very persistent following up with me, while updating his searching for a drive on my route going from Maryland to California. He has the utmost professionalism and was willing to work with me on certain criteria and pricing. Once an agreement was made, the online contract was simple, clear and swift. We were very fortunate that we got one of the best driver, Gia, for the job. It was scheduled for door-to-door delivery in 7 days and I was super excited that my car was delivered in 4 days. I was able to maintain in constant connection with the driver for route updates and estimated delivery day/time. We couldn’t roll up the window because a fuse was out, so Gia took the time to secure the window with tape prior to the transit. I have to admit, my friends have had “nightmare” experiences with other shipping companies.
