This company did guarantee me a guaranteed in contract low price. I had to keep asking Steve for an update. Late on the day that was supposed to be picked up he said the driver had delays and could they pick up tomorrow. I said okay that's fine I asked for an update halfway through the next day and then he said he's reached out to 10 different companies and they all want a significantly higher price like four times the amount that he guaranteed me. This is the old debate and switch like most people are warned about but I just don't have that much income so I took a chance. Luckily they never took a deposit so I didn't lose anything. I will not be using safe auto-ship again and I recommend just paying the extra money when you can for a reliable company and go direct to a company and skip the brokers
