Floor MATS Destroyed

I bought new Floor mats cheap 2 weeks or Less prior to Transport - they all were Pretty dirty when Car came back. The entire car reeked of Cigarette (or cigar?) smoke, and Vanilla air Freshener cover-up.

I Noticed a really dirty Floor mat from rear, that I had left in the front to Protect the more elaborate Front passenger mat was filthy, then at a Car wash - the Attendant noticed a VERY visible cigarette/ Ash BURN in the new (filthy) floor Mat.

The driver (Russ) denies smoking, Denies driving it - although, I witnessed him Driving the Transport cars, as he Left a 6-Disc CD-Changer FROM His MERCEDES in my Car. These guys are scum, I can't wait to hear what Jimmy says! For $1,650 for 4 days Work, they damn well should Not smoke IN it!! Duh ....

As far as I am concerned, they need to pay me $35.00 to replace the Mats they ruined ! AWFUL!!
