Constant delays and no communication

I ordered a delivery from a location 7hrs from me. After it was picked up late it was another 3 weeks before I heard anything. After being told it would be delivered the following business day it still hasn't shown up a week later. I received a call starting there was nowhere to park the truck. That wasn't true. I was then told "they had no idea where the driver was". I received no further communication about where the driver was or when they might actually deliver my package to me. For a "delivery" company they seem incapable of actually delivering anything. I still don't have my package. It's been a total mess from the beginning. I can't stress how bad an idea it is to give these people business.
