I Used Sti to deliver a machine I had purchased. They assured me that it would be crated once shipped. Once the guy arrived he had no crate but assured me that the wrapping of the machine would be fine. It took almost 3 weeks for them to deliver the machine. Once arrived the machine had about $1200.00 in damages. This company assured me that if any damages occurred they would take full responsibility, as to why I went ahead and agreed to let them ship it without a crate. To my surprise they are "not responsible for any damages" I will never use this company again and suggest others as well. They are a complete scam.
