STI Caused $500 in damage to my new motorcycle and denied my claim. At the pickup, the driver admitted he had never secured and transported a motorcycle. The company claims a specialty in motorcycle transport. Be ware of STI, they will damage your property and deny your claim. If you use them, take lots of pictures and be prepared to file a legal claim!
