Numerous Challenges in working directly with driver

This was my first time shipping my vehicle. SK Trucking was selected for me via M2Reeves, LLC (see separate review). Numerous complaints:
1. Upon arrangement of the contract, I was given the name of a driver - BUT the person who picked it up was not the same person as the name I was given - this was unnerving and did not make for a positive initial impression.
2. The driver wanted to change the pick up date from a Monday to a Tuesday (driver contacted me directly about this). This took several phone calls of haggling to confirm a Monday pick up date (arranged and agreed upon with M2Reeves).
3. I had arranged with the company (M2Reeves) to have the vehicle delivered on Weds 10/28 to a parking lot near where I was staying - on Sat 10/24, the driver called me and wanted to deliver it on Sunday 10/25. When I told him this would not be possible, he asked if I could have someone pick it up for me. This was also not possible, and I tried to explain this. This was an additional two phone calls of haggling.
4. Finally, on Weds, 10/28, I called the driver to confirm a delivery time. He wanted me to meet him in a different location other than the one arranged for. I could not get to this location and had to explain this multiple times over the course of multiple phone calls throughout the day. He then called and wanted to drive my car (not on the truck- drive the car) to the house I was staying at and have me drive him back to his truck. I also explained this was not an option and I didn't want him driving my car (not covered in liability agreement for shipping the vehicle!). He complained about how many cars he had to deal with that day and wanted to deliver my vehicle on a different day. I notified the company (M2Reeves) of this problem and they called the driver's supervisor, and then none of us could reach the driver. Finally at 6:30 at night, the driver agreed to deliver my vehicle to the agreed upon location.
5. The driver did not have the address of the agreed upon location and I had to call him with this information.

Overall, the car was fine, and did get delivered on the agreed upon date, but it was ridiculous having to haggle so frequently with the driver who kept wanting to change the pickup/delivery dates and locations for his convenience. I was paying for door-to-door service, there was an agreed upon plan, and the driver kept trying to negotiate away from the plan- very frustrating aspect of a cross-country move.
