Terrible Company

Before you even consider using SGT I recommend you look here first. or here ) I had a simple transport from the Seattle area to Pensacola. Started 3 days (and many exuses) late with pickup and now 10 days late and counting for delivery. They say they are in daily contact with drivers. Not true. They told me for 3 days they were trying to contact my driver. Guaranteed me delivery "today" for the past 5 days, no calls from anyone prior to my calling first. I was even told at one time, while asking to speak with a supervisor "we have other customers you know". Most recently (for the last 3 days) I've been told it was in Kentucky and due for delivery yesterday, "the driver will call you shortly with delivery information" Nope! Be sure you know they are a broker, you pay them but they take responsibility for nothing. They point that out time and again in response to the complaints on the BBB site. I am currently being offered $100 off from the carrier, "that's all they can afford". My actual delivery time and ultimate condition of the truck are yet to be determined, but I'll be adding my complaints to the growing list with the BBB. Stay away!
