I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked a trip to have my daughter's car transported back from college (AZ-NY) months in advance. I have done this before and know how it works. as the time was getting closer I called to see if they found a driver. I was told they would find one closer to departure and I had nothing to worry about. I got the same answer a week before it was supposed to be picked up. We were in AZ for her graduation and needed it picked up by that Friday, we were all flying home on Saturday. I called Wed and Thurs. to be told they are still looking for a driver and they would let me know the day before (it was the day before now). By Thursday I was told they were making it a priority ( why not a priority the past 2 days). I got a phone call Friday morning asking if Monday would work for a pick up day. I again explained to them that the vehicle had to be picked up no later than today (Friday) because we were flying home tomorrow (Saturday). He said, "so you want to cancel? you just emailed us that you want to cancel." I NEVER emailed them this .I found another company to transport my car because at this point we were leaving and I did NOT trust them with my car. DO NOT USE THEM.
