Inaccurate quote/ 3 day late delivery / bad customer service

SGT made no attempts to rectify. Sent my bid to someone else, picked up 3 days late then delivered 3 days late. Told me "sorry you can ask for a reduction from the truck driver". who literally is holding my car/keys hostage until I pay him the entire amount. No i will not recommend or use again. I quoted on 2/8, was given quote of Pickup no later than 2/12...didn't happen until 2/15. Delivery no later than 2/18...didn't happen until 2/22. Driver said he was told to pickup more and drop off more along the way, no issues with weather or his truck. Also coming from NJ to Texas, called me at 8pm that he was 2 hours south and had others added to his route.sorry. Why from NJ to Austin would San Antonio south leave me as his last drop. unreal.

As a broker company, we work with multiple carriers and the pickup and delivery dates provided are always estimated as per our terms and conditions. We assigned a carrier company for pickup on 2/12 as per our agreement, but when you informed us that pickup on that date was not possible, we asked the carrier if they could wait. We understand that this caused a delay and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We would like to clarify that your bid was not given to someone else, and as a broker company, we assign a carrier company to pick up the vehicle as per our agreement. We are sorry if you feel misled in any way. We take all customer complaints seriously and will audit the order to address the issues you had with the carrier company. We will also search for areas of improvement to prevent misunderstandings from happening in the future. As a token of our apology, we would like to offer you a gift code that you can use in restaurants in your area. We apologize again for the bad experience and assure you that we will do our best to improve our services.
