STAY AWAY FROM SGT AUTO!! This was hands down one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences of my life. I booked with SGT about a month before my pick up. Upon booking with the carrier SGT processed my transaction and I was told the transaction was voided because the billing address on my card did not match my pick up address. I called my bank to confirm, I tried a second card and was told the same thing, I confirmed with the second bank as well, I sent evidence of this to SGT, I spoke to three different representatives at SGT. All the representatives read back both my billing addresses and my pick up address, and confirmed everything was identical, but their accounting department continued to void my transaction stating they did not match. I spent hours on the phone going back and forth on this, I missed my farewell lunch to try to get this resolved, my boss gave a speech for me which I missed because of this. I ended up canceling the whole thing and went with Montway Auto Transport. I HIGHLY recommend using Montway instead. They had my pick up scheduled and set in less than 5 minutes. I wish so badly I had not gone with SGT and wasted so much time on them. I was assured I'm not the only one this has happened to with SGT so I clearly won't be the last. There are so many other options out there to avoid this.
