DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I would give zero stars if I could. We signed a contract to have our truck shipped with SGT auto. They gave us a window of when a driver would pick up the car. During that time, we called 3 times to confirm that there would be a driver and it would be picked up within the window (we are moving across the country, so the timing was important). They continuously ensured us that they would find a driver at that price point. Three days after the window closed, I called for an update and was informed there was “an issue” with finding a driver. They could not explain what the issue was and when I asked to speak to a supervisor there was none available. I question whether or not this is a legitimate business and if it’s a complete scam. Again, I cannot reiterate enough — DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unreliable and provide zero customer service and communication.
