No Communication with Carrier

Whatever stars I have given is solely for the driver as he was able to deliver the vehicle sightly earlier than expected and was transparent and quick on communication. In fact, whatever I paid for the transport of the vehicle, the majority of that should go to the driver. The missing three stars are due to the fact that I received an email stating I was to receive communication from the carrier SAM, on when the vehicle would be picked up and dropped off (time to be scheduled). I did not receive any calls in regards to the timing. I had called SAM on the two occasions and left two voicemails. None of my calls were returned. As such, I found myself in the awkward situation when I was called by the driver to that he was already in front of my house in which I was not home. Thankfully,the driver was understanding and patient in the process. Thank goodness the driver was competent enough in providing the needed customer service. Considering as much, if you are going to claim transparency and clear communication please ensure that your employees such as SAM practices what you preach in terms of communication. Would I recommend their service? Maybe SAM was a one off but judging by the rest of the negative reviews I've read, communication seems to be a huge issue with SGT whether it be with the driver or the carrier. Either way, if you don't care about the status of your vehicle in-transit and trust their process by all means use them, if not, I would not recommend their services.

Thank you for the feedback on the carrier. We will be sure to follow up with them regarding this. Also, it's good to note this car was not ready due to customer not paying the seller for the vehicle.
